I attempted to book a ticket on March 23, 2025, for TSRTC service number 8081. However, while the payment was deducted, the ticket was never generated. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to reach your team through emails and calls, yet I have received no response. Even after escalating the issue by emailing MD Sajjanar, there has been no acknowledgment or resolution.
Additionally, I have observed that my calls are being deliberately placed on hold or disconnected without any update on my refund status, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request an immediate update regarding my refund and the steps being taken to resolve this issue.
