[Resolved]  Tele Smart — Cheating

I brought a nicer dicer from Telesmart for Rs.1745. When i opened the delivery there was no manual for that product and also, there was fault in the upper part. When, i called them, they asked me to courier the product to them for identifying and replacing the component. It is more than a week. Yet i have not received the replaced item. If i call them, they are disconnecting the call and giving false informations that courier has not been received at their end. When check with the Professional couriers through whom i sent the product, they have the records of delivery. The product was domestic courier within the same district Chennai and it requires only one day delivery. There is no proper team to address customer request or complaint. They are only focused on selling the defect item with more cost. I checked the value of the item after i purchased. It was less in Online shops. Utter waste response from them, they are located at Arumbakkam. People please beware of this product adds that are posted in the TVs. Their focus is to grab only the money and not service
