Ihag purchased one ladder from above co videinvoice noco1213/8364. At the time of purchase they assured service at any point of deffects. Four months back the lock of the ladder showed some complaint and i could not use the same with out the lock. I lodged acomplaint and as instucted by them i send the product to rheir service cetre at kottayam. Even after 4 months they havnt repaired or returned the product. Icontacted them over phone more than 40 times, but they are not responding. finally last weeek when i contaced them they are demanding rs 6000/ and also ihave to return my old ladder to get anew one. The funny thing is that the cost of anew ladder as per their advt is only rs 7000/ so irequest you to take up issue and advice the co to settle the problem tanking you mk george mob [protected]
