I have ordered ultra table mate - buy 1 get 1 with free feature mobile. Received two table mates. As per the advertisement and online order details and per online chat agent i should get both table mate 2 (Ultra). But pink color one is table mate2 and blue color one is table mate and blue color one's quality is very poor. As per the order invoice i should get both ultra table mates (Table mate 2). Received feature phone also defective. After inserting the battery, phone back cover is not closing. Please replace the goods. I sent an email to [protected]@telebuyindia.com but received response after multiple followups. When i have spoke with customer care agent, he is asking me to reach their showroom for replacement. When i called up showroom contact numbers, one number is wrong and another number never connecting. For the mistake done by them do i need to travel to and forth in traffic to showroom. I have requested them do door step replacement and said that i can bare deliver changes but no response from that team.

    I have been receiving calls from telebuy, stating that i have ordered some product and say some one with the name sivarasu ordered some # and my number have been registered. It's just annoying receiving 5 or more calls daily and saying to me that i'm cheating and lying on ordering the product.
    I can't even remember the product name they said. If this continues i have no choice but to register a formal complaint.

      Just now got a call from Mr Jaffar ([protected]) who does not have the sense and mannerisms to speak with a customer. Have not interacted with such a rude person so far.

      Please understand that the courier was delivered and we had enquired about the complimentary ear-phones with the professional courier who had no clue about what i was asking. Then immediately i called the customer care who asked me to check the boxes where i could not find the earphones which i conveyed again to the customer care team who assured of sending the same in another 3-4 days.

      Kindly note that I'm a Vice President in a reputed bank and will not waste my time for a simple ear-phone. But since there is an integrity issue and a matter of service gap, I'm following up on the same.

      Please ensure that I'm receiving the same else i will publish this in various consumer complaints forum while I will also escalate to your MD & CEO.

        Sent worst product ladder and the same was returned due to non flexible but cust care executive was harrassment with calls nearly 20 times per day ...stop it pls number was registered as DND if it continues then I will raise a complaint even though I am not interested to purchase a ladder and the same was bought from other site it was very good quality and worthable.

          I have been a regular user of ervamatin hair lotion through telebuy for the past several years.
          I placed an order for 2 bottles of the hair lotion on 5th september. I received the usual verification and order confirmation call and was told that i would receive the product on 6th september at my mumbai address.
          Now one full week has passed and the product has not been delivered. And when i tried to call them back (On the chennai number +[protected] they are simply disconnecting the calls. I have already tried 10 times w. O. Any success. I am fed up. Please expedite delivery.

            Hello! Im saajan. I had ordered melt and slim belt on[protected]. I had recieved a worthless, defected, bad quality belt after 3 days for rs 2, 151. I made a phone call after 5 days, then they started to torture me by making 4 calls per day to all my 3 phone numbers. They call us and say that, "sir, you have ordered melt n slim belt, we will surely deliver it today"then, i told that is a defected product. Then they said that, "sir, we requested your complaint but till date (2-9-17). I haven't got any replacement. Please friends, dont buy any product from telebuy. Worst customer service... The workers in the customer care speaking rudely. She is accepting that go ahead and complain to file a case.

              I have problem in two units one is purchased two years back. Power base top place has broken. They simply asked to chage the base witchcost 900 to 1000

              After that i have purchased 8 month back new one. Again the same problem. Reported in trichy tbuy support and several escalation past 4 month they extending with out repair.

              Simply asking spare is not avaliable or model changed.

              I need money back if not sohrted out immediately

                With reference to the above i had ordered for tablemate on 21st jul and they said if you order immediately you will get free phone and if you make immediate payment online you will get free headphones so i ordered and made the payment next it was delivered but the free gifts were different, when i asked the person who delivered he told me he has delivered what is billed if you any problem please contact them. So immediately contacted and was told that if it is wrong we will check recording and change, i have registered a complain on your behalf and by monday you will get the information. Waited on monday so on tuesday when i contacted with same result only then they asked me to call centre, so i did contact them also then that person told only now you have informed us we have to check the recording you call us tomorrow. Next day ramu, then next stephen with the same reply. Till today nothing has been done. I have registered a complain with consumerhelpline.gov.in and the no is 367446. This is for your information which they asked me to inform through mail officially. I am also enclosing both copies of bill in which it shows while making payment it's phone but while delivering bill has different items.

                Finally today headphones was delivered. I hope they are warned properly not repeat like this to others. I literally had to waste one whole week following it up calling the so many times. Only after lodging complain some action was taken. Thank you consumercomplaints.in

                    Conform me i[censored] make the payment online the product will get delivered same day, after payment i have not get any update from this team, same i am doing a flowwup call people giving some other number to get the status, there is no proper respond from any of the executive, there executives are well trained to given excuse to the customers, after the second eod i am trying to reach the same number my number getting only the voice tag not at all connecting,

                      I get continuous phone calls from [protected], stating that I have ordered some product from them and inquiring when they could deliver the product. while I havent ordered anything from them. This happens in a gap of six months. like a routine. Before one year I got phonecalls asking for a Ramesh who ordered for a slimming belt from them. After I vehemently denied any orders, the calls stopped after 15 days. Then before six months ago, the same problem. I registered a complaint in this forum, then the calls stopped. Now again, calls for a Ramesh who ordered a mobile phone. What is going on? First how did they get my number? we do not have any Ramesh in our house. somebody playing pranks or Telebuy's scheme for sale in stressing people by trying random numbers?

                        I'm purchased your on of the telebuy product Orbitrek elite on sunday 2nd july 2017 . Before make puchase order your customer care person told that, " for this product you have offer price of Rs.14300/- and free of 4 CD's (related to orbitrek & diet) & one fitness watch & delivery also made in same day" Also the same as visualized in TV advertisement so that I placed my order.

                        But in these words, I availed only offer price and same day delivery but the more items 1.fitness watch 2. 4 CD's not delivered with the product.

                        The delivery person told that it is not hand over to me. you please contact our customer care.

                          Would you please confirm what is happening with my refund amount. I have actually placed a 2 table mats + mobile phone for rs.2, 400 and was asked to pay online. After the successful payment, the product was delivered and by my surprise the 2 table mats and mobile headset was delivered and the same was rejected by me without taking the order and also spoken with the customer executive who said the payment would be returned asap.

                          He also mentioned that the customer executive has mistakenly taken the order and he will be sacked from the organization because of misguiding the customer.

                          I have spoken several times and also called your respective numbers to check my refund amount and nothing was happened sofar.

                            I have bought a table mate in offer buy 1 get 1 free. I got a button ph gift. We they delivered they have charged 490+30 for phone and headphones. When i took the phone out of the box the phone was different from the shown in ad. When i switched it on the screen was broken. I have complained about this to them for more than 10times. But no reply. So i warn everyone to stop buying from teleby. Even tablemate r so weak nowadays. So dont ever but from this company any product. We can get much more high quality product outside for low price than teleby give.

                              Ordered slim n lift aire body shapewear twice almost a month back and the product is not delivered still.. Reason is simple guess.. I opted for cash on delivery.. If they cant deliver product simply say they cant.. But instead they had me fooling around saying "we will get back to you" or speaking in another language and hang the phone whenever i try to enquire. Highly disappointing service. I even mailed their manager and no response at all. Simply unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.

                                I have been told as well i have seen in telebuy advertisement that ceramic core will not be damanged with rashes or lines unlike non stick pan. I have just used for first two weeks and it was good. But after 2 weeks it started the chicken to sticking to the pan and when i washed it few lines (Black thin lines) formed in pan. After few days what i ever i cook or fry it started sticking and the purpose of taking ceramic core is waste.
                                With your guidance i ordered two pans and now one peice is defective.
                                I want telebuy to help by replacing one ceramic core pan to keep my faith on telebuy.

                                    I've bought Orbitrek Elite from tbuy.in with invoice # HD1415/85943. It's been lying useless for more than 3 months as no one has turned up to fix the issues.
                                    Also I've bought an additional AMC for 1 year by paying extra. One person turned out after calling them for more than 2 months but he didn't fix the issue properly. Again I'm facing the same issue. Now I'm again following up with them to fix the issues but no one has turned up yet.

                                    Also the service executives are not honest. Initially he asked me to change some fittings as they're not proper but cleverly managed when I told him the product is still under warranty.

                                      Long back I have ordered an item (tablemate) from them. Now since last week, their customer care has started to call me 5 to 6 times a day even during late nights. But there is no voice, they just call.

                                      My number is registered for DND and still these people are calling and disturbing me and ruins the day. Please take strict action against TELEBUY so that they do not call atleast people who have registered for DND
