I bought this orbitreck elite on 28th feb 2016, it damaged one final replace in may, with 10 days this left leg screw has come out, and support ring has broken, i given many mails to mr rakesh from chennai who is the manager, it’s more than 1.5 month over, they not even repair the product, these people are just playing with me, its 6 months over like this i didn't use for 1 month also properly, i don't want this product any more. I need my money back, dear sir kindly help me out. I just waiting again 45 days, they don't have any responsibility, worst company in this world, i never seen this kind of irresponsible person who is sitting in manager and enjoying life and wasting our time
