I never see this kind of worst customer care in my life ...i bought orbitreck on feb 2016 it damaged to replace they taken more than 3 month when i got final replace i was happy i thought at least now i can use my machine regular but with in 10 days the left leg machine bearing came out, and supporting ring also broken, , , i immediately mail to rakesh the post sale manger chennai on 4th May .. now till date they dint done anything . i paid money and iam not using my machine, , this guy just playing with my patient . I am requesting you to ban this kind of duplicate machines in our country ..If they dont have time to repair the machine, why the hell they are collected 15K with us .Kindly do the needful . I already send 2 reminder mails to MR Rakesh. I dont have patient now. Was this information helpful? |
