I purchased Thermoshaper worth Rs
2500.I made a great mistek by choosing this product in telechoice.They delivered this in Cary bag..no proper Cover and no sealing.How can we trust this is a new product?.LCustomer care is too poor they are not able to handle a single complaint, simply they are going to office and time passing..I had made a complaint to take back this rubbish product and give back my money or exchange with other item.finally we customers are looser .we spread these things to all of ours nearby neighbors and upload this in Facebook, twitter and in all social medias.so take this as feedback and work on it. If it is not done I ll mention all the agents name with whom I talked past 2 days
