Tata DoCoMo Telecom — balance deduce without any reason

My name is sunil kumar. I have a complaint against tata docomo comapny beacuse on date 24 nov 2012 rupees 99 was deduce from my account unknowly. My cell no. Is [protected]. And after talk on coustmer care they were saying that amount will never be credit in ur account at any cost. It was my 3rd time in a month that my amount is deduce from my account. Last time they had been deduced 99 n 4 rupees from acount.and the main problem is that they dont solve the problem n talk very rudly. And we can call on coustmer carevonly once in a day.
So please help me and take action against them.
