Telehub tele shopping — Duplicate information from phone call

Hi, I received a phone call from [protected] and introduced herself as Miss Anjali Sharma & She is calling from Telehub Teleshopping and said that my number has got some prize of Samsung Galaxy grand pendrive memery card mobile and I have to pay Rs.2500 to get that, I said yes. Now the gift has arrived and I payed Rs.2500 to get it. There is no samsung mobile i found in parcel. There is one Hanuman Chain locket in the box.I called back to the same number why they have sent Chain locket, But there is no reply from given contact. the call get Ended suddenly.I am going to file a police complaint about this issue if the same product which they decide not received me within 2-3 days.
