Teleshop Teleshopping — no response after wrong delivery of sweat slim belt

I purchase sweat slim belt from teleshop teleshopping in april'17. I got delivery of l size.
As the size delivered was not ok, i requested them to change the size to xxl.
Despite various phone - calls and follow up mails, they have not changed the belt. They have stopped taking phone calls / disconnect on picking the phone whenever they realise the purpose of the call

I had purchased sweat slim belt online via TV ads. One day after I had received the product ... I was in hurry and could not check the product on time .. after 2days product checked /used by me and found un-matched in size and diffect.. I immediately called on customer care service contact but no one else cooperate.. responded as phone disconnected.. so plz circulate this type of cheating from online service to everyone so that do not purchase any slim belt ...I am very much unhappy., ...
