I purchased a combo pack of 2 SWEAT SLIM belts MFD. By Jain Enterprises for Rs 1590 + shipping charges. L size did not fit the second person. XL size was okay.
But after just 2 weeks use the belt became completely loose due to an internal split in the material!
I can upload the photos if your site allows.
Highly disappointed and feel cheated. Will definitely recommend against buying this product.

I have purchased sweet slim belt on 13 dec 2019 which has been delivered by anoop trading co, kestapur kolkata. Due to xl size i have requested your customer care department and compliant cell for replacement of the item for numerous occasions (More than 30 times) but no action has been taken yet. Please do the needful for early replacement of sweet slim belt at your end. My mob no [protected].

But no response was given everytime they cut the phone when we tell them about our problems they are not attending our call and just cut the phone and the delivery man was also talking very rudely with the custumers. We want refund of our money... Very fraud company cheaters

Respected sir. Madam. I shop growth on powder (Ancient ayurdec formula). After seen advertisement on television screen which ph no was [protected], [protected]. There was three bottles and each was containg 100gm, now instruction was given that adult should take 10gm twice in a day, so finally these powder is only for one month course. But as advertised only one packet is course of 3 months. How it is possible. Give me justification about this wrong advertisements and information given by product sellers to customers. They also tell that your height will be increase in 15 day metter if you are even 35 years. But my height is not increase, i complete the course of one month and all three bottels was finished my me then i complain as mentioned above ph no no any response i received yet. I called at least 200 times the deptt who are advertised in tv but yet i have no any responce i received. They every time try to make me foolish. Now i want to justification for this nonsense behavior. I really worried. I waste my lots of time in calling the deptt. I sumited pick of packet and bill of growth on. I placed order for sweet and slim belt on assurance over phone that it is Auto adjustable. I reminded that even xxl with not fit. The answer from other side was that do not get worried it is auto adjustable.
After receipt it is undersize.I contacted overphone without convincing reply.

I have purchased a sweat slim belt a product after seeing a multiple advertisement on tv screens. They have assured me that there is 15 days refund/replace of product if product is not appropriate or size issue or product not work as described.
After delivery of product i had checked and found size is smaller as well as not stretchable as described. I have called customer care executive as number mentioned on the product as well number displayed on the tv screen but no response even my call was not picked 2nd time from the same number then i have tried with another number surprisingly my call was picked and again they assured to replace but still there is no response. Now if i am trying to call from that number there is no response.
Please help me to get this issue sorted

This is a fraud company. Please dont buy any of their product. They didn't receive any of complaint call they even block our number.. The product is wothlessssss... Dont buy any of their product they are fake.. We have been suffering from this since 2 weeks they are not coming to receive their worthless product.. They dont receive our calls.. They are cheaters

Plzz do not buy any product from dis company.. They r fraud people... I have some size issue with the belt i brought n nw i have to exchange the belt n these people r not receiving any of my calls😠i am definitely going to take some legal actions against them.. This company should be closed... Everything is fakee.. They r fooling people... Plz don't buy any products from them

Bought the product few days back. No benefit at all. Contacting the company on all the given numbers asking for return. Most of the time they don't respond if you call from the number from where you booked the order. If you call frm other number, they assure to call back which they never. Don't buy this product. This is a fraud company. I again advise them to refund my money. Otherwise i shall be forced to adopt legal course.

Sweat slim belt has developed a tear in neoprene fabric after using 7 days.Fabric quality of the product is very cheap as it got tore in such a less time.The product has disappointed me a lot as I was using regularly as directed.I tried your complaint numbers but in vain. I want
quick replacement or refund failing to which I may go to consumer court.

I was buy few days ago sweat slim belt. Bought a roti maker (Rs2300) 2yrs back from teleshopping. That time it had no company stamp & no warranty inside the box. The product was not up to the mark as shown in tv. They promised rs990 aluminium wallet with the roti maker as a free gift. But that was a plastic wallet. We called them several time but no body received the call. Felt very disappointed

I have bought Sweat Slim Belt last week & the size of the belt is incorrect, since from the date of delivery I am trying the customer care numbers ([protected] & [protected]) it is switched off condition, when enquired with delivery person, they gave revert that need to contact customer care.
Now I am stuck & don't have any idea what to do.

Suggest all customers to be aware of this fraud company Teleshop Teleshopping...this show has to be banned on TV channels which is being currently shown...

Product was damaged from inside i called that delivery boy for the replacement, i'm chasing from one week no response always saying it will replace by evening or tomorrow but didn't turn up. Will you please look into this as soon as possible. That person is now not responding, giving fake advertisement to make fraud giving one pair free but quality of product was very poor.

I have ordered sweat slim belt last week and i have received the product and used twice in a day about 10 hours but no sweat in the body. Since we are trying to call you but no response. When the order is taken in your company will come first to receive but no return policy in your company. By using the product for 1 week by next week the product is damaged. All customers be careful of this adds they are fraud company.

Its almost 2 months & my purpose is not solved. I have well understood it is a bloody fake & bogous product simply to cheat the public. Make money thru attractive add. I want my money back. I would also urge Indian consumer forum take strict action on such companies for doing such mischievous business & fooling the masses. They should be even barred to advertise such fake products & play with sentiments of public.
I am also at loss to ask the Consumer Forum that what is the result of my earlier complaints submitted with you. would expect an ealrliest response to my complaint.

Its more than 10 days & i could not feel or experience its features & effect as is shown in your advertisement in the tv. I am using it for 15 hours a day, but not at all sweating, nor getting slim.in the add, it is mentioned of getting slim within 10 seconds, persons are shown sweating profusely, by wearing it.

When contacted you over your sales nos – [protected] & [protected], i am not getting suitable & positive response. Just after hello talking, phone is being cut off. Many times it is cut off seeing my no. Only. During the short durations of call, i am told to use for 2 months & then see the result.. Your persons are not patient enough to attend my calls & guide me correctly for my complaint. Instead i have received false & uncertain assurances only for it.

I have been also told that your customer care personnel would contact me. Till now no call has come from them, even i failed to contact them repeatedly at nos. – [protected]/44. I am expending money for calling you repeatedly to get your response & solution to my complaint. You do not have any toll free no. If the response is so sluggish, cannot think of it after 2 months.

You have not given its ‘ user manual ‘, i have got different informations for its usage from your persons, which is confusing & does not match with the advertisement being shown. Provide me its authentic usage details - exact duration of wear per day, when it has to be put on, when put off. I even doubt of its size suitability to me. My height – 5 ft.3 inches, weight - 70 kgs., stomach size, average – 40 inches, maximum stretch to 42 inches, waist size – 40 inches. I have been given belt of size xl-xxl.

Hope to receive an immediate positive response with necessary & genuine remedial action from your end.

Stand to support genuineness of your product. I had purchased after watching your advertisement repeatedly & getting attracted by the level of assurances being shown thereof. Do not left me with the feel of getting cheated to purchase & use your product.

Just used it for 2-3 days and became very loose and torn from inside the outer layer is complete but inner layer is torn calling the customer care no but its all not reacheable and your employees are very very rude do not even listen and cut the phone this is a last warning from our side after this we will be filing a case in consumer court
Come and take your product away we need our money back

This order of sweat slim belt came on 27th jan 2018 n since then we have tried to contact the enterprises to exchange the product because it is not of the desired size we ordered it it of medium size but it came of xxl and since that day we are contacting to change the size but the caller on the is very ill mannered to even listen and just cut the call n if they pick up they talk in a very bad way which is not even tolerable to listen. This situation is going on since many days and is still going. And if there is no exchange then forcefully i will have to file a consumer case against this product and the exploitation which has happend with us.

I order sweat slim belt on 4 february 2018, of rupees 1590-/and after two days use its stitching will pull (Khichna) out and the whole belt is useless and very bad product and i complained 3 times but no response were given. There service response was very bad and the belt was useless and i was totally disappointed from this product and totally money waste product.

I am pankaj mehta from ahmedbad. I recently bought the sweat slim belt on december 21, 2017. When i received it, i opened it. I tried it but it was not my size and did not fit well.

Also, it is just a regular neoprene fabric bet to wear. 900/- per belt is way too much for the utility it has. I am not at all satisfied with the product and want to return it.

I also tried the customer service numbers mentioned on the box:
[protected], [protected]. But, no one seems to take the all. This shows the kind of pathetic service your platform gives.

Hence, i am lodging a complaint here hoping some would hear me here and i can get a complete refund.

Please send me the details of the procedure to be followed to return this product.

I am arvind from jagatpura jaipur, i had launch and call to you several time for change my belt or return money, as i was order small and medium size belt but you had deliver xxl size which is no mean for me you delivery boy was told me he will replece in 7 days but 15 days is completed no response from your side.

If i will not receive response in 24 hours i will launch complaint in consumer court as you are mentally challenging me

I purchased the sweat slim belt by calling the number i saw on the tv. The product was delivered 2 days after i placed the order. I paid 2000 rupees for it in cash. However, when i opened the box, both the belts were very big in xl and xxl sizes. I called up the customer care number on the box and nobody picked. The next day, i called again in the morning, and a man picked up. I told him about my problem, but he kept on asking me irrelevant questions and then he hung up. After that, nobody picks the phone when i call. So i called the delivery boy to inquire about this. Instead, he started flirting with me. I am a homemaker and rs 2000 is not a joke for me.
Please help me get justice for this.
