Teleshop Teleshopping — sweat slim belt consumer help complaint

I purchased the sweat slim belt by calling the number i saw on the tv. The product was delivered 2 days after i placed the order. I paid 2000 rupees for it in cash. However, when i opened the box, both the belts were very big in xl and xxl sizes. I called up the customer care number on the box and nobody picked. The next day, i called again in the morning, and a man picked up. I told him about my problem, but he kept on asking me irrelevant questions and then he hung up. After that, nobody picks the phone when i call. So i called the delivery boy to inquire about this. Instead, he started flirting with me. I am a homemaker and rs 2000 is not a joke for me.
Please help me get justice for this.
