Teleshopping — They have not delivered the item so far

As per advertisement over TV & telephone discussions with representative of Teleshopping, I paid an amount of Rs.1499/-through HDFC Bank debit card (online payment) on 18/3/2014 @ 4.16pm for Tablemate2.They have not delivered the item so far, ( their promise is to deliver with in 72 hours ).
