I have purchased plot from temple rose real estate pvt ltd at village khor taluka, daund in pune and had the agreement done by temple rose in july 2015. The officer of temple rose branch which was initially at east street galleria on east street and then moved office to mg road, pune, would always say that the na is in progress and that the plotting would be done soon. But till date nothing has been done. Company's offices at pune found locked. I had transferred the funds through bank against plot no 402 in rose golden city pune phase-i.
