Hi i have purchase 2000 sq. Ft. Plot in rose city phase 3. I have paid 3 lakh in igp scheme in advance. As per agreement they will handover plot after completing 4 year. But after 4 year i am unable to contact to template rose builders all office and contact number are shut. I need my amount back. Where i will rise fir against template rose real estate.
