[Resolved]  Templeyatri.com — Extremely dissatisfied by the services they provided in my 9 days trip to Mumbai,Goa etc.

Hi, I booked a package from templeyatri on July 10 for Rs.80, 000. It was 8 nights and 9 days family vacation to Mumbai, Goa, Shirdi etc. Travelling dates were 15th Aug to 23rd Aug. Package was booked by Ms Poonam Pal.([protected]). Then Contact person changed to Saurabh ([protected]). He did bookings different from what discussion I had with Poonam and said she has left the job and only these hotels and services can be provided.I said ok. But then even these services were not provided. We had a lot of issues. Details: details- First day- when goin to the hotel at 9 pm, the cab driver stopped the cab in the nearby place of hotel and said I will not go forward u go and ask someone where is your hotel and then I'll go. second day-our cab was taken by the police due to some missing papers and we stood on the road for 2 hours waiting for cab to come back. third day-wen we went to checkin to hotel at 9 30 pm the hotel person told us that our hotel was changed and we had to go to other hotel that was not per our package standard. fifth day-we had volvo from aurangabad to mahabaleshwar as per package which he said didn't exist and u manage yourself wherever you want to stay.we had to book hotel ourselves on that day that time itself. sixth day-we had volvo from mahabaleshwar to goa which he said was at 9 pm so cab driver dropped us there at 7 pm but the bus timing was 12 45 and so we stood there in total darkness for 5 hours with infant with nothing and nobody around. seventh and eighth day-he was to give us cab for 2 days in goa as per package but he said no on the very day we reached goa.we did cab for 3000 per day in goa ourselves. last day-he had to pick us from volvo at 6 AM and drop to wakad as per package but we waited for 1.5 hrs and then did cab ourselves for 1500. and recieved no call from him.and many more such instances. I complaint to templeyatri but there is no reply from them.
