Templeyatri — refunding of my extra amount

I have gone for char dham yatra through temple yatri on last year May and have paid all the amount including helicopter charges. During the yatra at the last moment they informed that due to bad weather helicopter was cancelled and we will refund the money with in 10 days. By this reason my extra amount of RS 20000 was pending with temple yatri. and when I am try to contact them first they said that it will refund within 10 days then after they were not respond to my call. I have already mail the above facts to the company and also CEO. Now they were not responding to my call and till date not refund my extra amount.
