Templeyatri — Regarding breach of promise & mental harassment

I was also one of the members travelling to Gujrat Along with Abhinav Singh and other family members. The Trip was really badly planned. We were asked to pay to driver even after paying the full amount to the company in advance. The Travel agents told us that the Temple Yatri Company had not paid them and thus asking us to Pay. We were stopped on our way to Somnath for more than an hour and the Driver refused to move ahead until or unless we paid him Rs.2800/- which we eventually paid. The Hotels at Dwarka Hotel Rudra Plaza and at Dieu Hotel Apana refused to provide us Rooms at the time of Check in an also told us that Temple Yatri does not do direct Booking and instead they do it through other Travel Companies. There reputation is very bad in the Market. We had to fight with the company Representative Mr Dhiraj and his Supervisor Mr Subhash every now and then to get even the basic amenities like Morning Breakfast at Dieu and Dwarka. They over all spoilt our Trip and I would never recommend this company to any one for booking any trip with them. The company representatives do not have any courtesy of coordinating with the customers while on the Trip. i would be going to Consumer Forum for mental harassment caused by the company. I know my mere comments would not make much difference to the said Company Employees but want to make them aware that no one can survive the industry with false Promises. So be ware and don't fool around with Customers.

I am extremely shocked to see your complaint. Templeyatri tries to provide best services to its customers. Especially in Gujarat templeyatri.com is the best provider. However, if you have any issue with their services, kindly mail at [protected]@templeyatri.com. They will certainly resolve the issue and provide you refund, if the case is. Plz rest assured. I personally suggets you, they are very good people.

Cheating company.pl. keep distance.They have cheated us during our Maharastra tour in feb2015.Also to hotels and transport operator.For us also mental harasment from bangalore
