Instamaze / Templeyatri is the worst ever trip maker I have ever came mentioned can not be booked because of some issues. Like seriously? Before I booked my package with them I made everything clear and they assured that the tasks are easy peasy for them. Wow! Your team is so pathetic and fraud.
Icing on the cake is, when I contacted and reviewed the CEO of Instamaze

Pravinnikam's response Sir your service provider not provide us service that i want.

we book our trip 1 Month ago.n i pay also 40% Amount of trip.

but still we not reccived any hotel voucher.and bill confirmation.

and please send me details and confirmation of i was pay amount.

Updated by Govind2299 Instamaze / Templeyatri is the worst ever trip maker I have ever came across. These guys will constantly call you unless you deposit money in their account. Thereafter, try calling them 100 times and they will answer only 4-5 times and that too in the most lazy and "Ho jaega na aapka package book sir/mam.." manner. Totally unprofessional behavior.
In the end when I asked for my booking vouchers they say that the hotel I mentioned can not be booked because of some issues. Like seriously? Before I booked my package with them I made everything clear and they assured that the tasks are easy peasy for them. Wow! Your team is so pathetic and fraud.
Icing on the cake is, when I contacted and reviewed the CEO of Instamaze Mr. Ranjan Shrivastava regarding the issue he cancelled our booking saying that I am insulting his prestige. Hey Mr. Shrivastava, first get to know how to be prestigous and earn customer respect.
And now, its been like 20 days after Mr. Ranjan cancelled my booking, and I haven't even received my refund money amounting Rs. 20K+

Mr. Ranjan,

Kindly note that we got our whole trip cancelled. Due to your service we had to cancel our flight tickets too.

We paid Rs. 20000 to you and got our flight tickets booked for Rs. 20000 (which were non refundable)

After your great service, I received only Rs. 14000 as refund and that too after 90-100 days.

As per our deal you should deduct Rs. 3600 for Darshan tickets (because they are non refundable). But, you deducted Rs. 6000, why? Extra Rs. 2400 for your Chai Samosa expenses?????

Mr. Ranjan, I have suffered a loss of Rs. 26000. And that too, I received nothing in return.
