Regarding UC deduction

I was playing the game and I got AG which opens the Supply crate so i was
opening the crate and got disconnected after re connection. My UC was
deducted(198 UC around). I was not purchased by me so I request you to
refund the UC to my account.

Above was my complaint that was send by to PUBG Mobile support also i submitted review to google play store and twitted too but it's been 4-5 days i didn't get any response from PUBG support so what do i do?
