Tencent — money paid to pubg mobile, but uc not received still

I initiated a transaction with tencent on pubg mobile. To buy 660 uc worth ₹799. The transaction went through, but the uc was not delivered. I want my product. This is highly unfair of tencent to use server gaps to scam money out of people. I have proof of transaction. Make sure i get my product as i have paid for it in full. I would like for it to arrive by tomorrow. This has happened before and has been resolved, but i have to resort to threatening the company to get my product. Please resolve this
