Testbook — My testbook pass is active but showing to buy another pass .

I have bought testbook pass. It is validity yet to end in 2 months but it still I can't able to give tests...and showing validity expire and buy new pass.I have contacted thier faculty on their contact number but they also not coordinating and giving disspoiting reply. I fade up..I will not recommend to buy testbook subscription to anyone .very disguisting.
