Hello sir, I have purchased ibps clerk combo transaction id 57c97b8f995a2d79213c342a on 2 september, 2016 and sent the refund request on 3 september, 2016. They said the refund is reflected back in the same account with in 5-7 business days. Today is 19 september, till i am not received my amount back. Sep 19, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I have sent the email on [email protected] for refund request on 3 September, 2016. Then, they reposnd back and said the amount will be reflected back in your account within 5-7 business days. After that on 12 September, 2016 I called them on +91-82860-86667 and sent an email also. On phone they said they started the refund process, if amount is not reflected in your account yet then it's my bank problem. So, I talked to my bank for that. On email they respond that this is 5th business day and amount is reflected back within 5-7 business days. Today I am also sending an email to them. But I will not getting any response from them | |||||

My complaint is that i have buy Rs 99 unlimited test series i have done my payment but test series not add my account my transaction id is 5a06fa7612e5d60daa179754 and my Email id is [protected]@gmail.com and contact no is [protected]. Please solve my complain as soon as thanks.
