I usually use account in laptop but today because laptop was gone for repair, I login my account on mobile and now I'm not able to login it again on laptop, it's showing that account was active on different device and than it redirect to sign up page, please help me with the issue as I have cgl mains on 19 January and mts on 4th February.

The site needs improvement, it always lacks during mock test and often when I go for the solutions, not a single day has gone when the site has lacked. It creates a lot of problem when I attempt the mock test....

I have bought testbook pass. It is validity yet to end in 2 months but it still I can't able to give tests...and showing validity expire and buy new pass.I have contacted thier faculty on their contact number but they also not coordinating and giving disspoiting reply. I fade up..I will not recommend to buy testbook subscription to anyone .very disguisting....

This is Saikrishna purchased the UPSC CSE + MPSC + UPPSC + BPSC for 19/10/2022 at 9:34 pm for Rs 8999/-.
Initially they said it was live classes from delhi top institutes but after purchasing all are recorded videos.I didn't like the course I had mailed the support team for refund.But the team didn't respond.Kindly please help me to refund the amount.

I had purchased cgl live coaching 2022 foundation course and a testbook coach was promised by the counselor but now they declined. I have emailed them regarding the refund and its been 3 days and still no reply from them....

1. I tried purchasing the one year pass for Rs.299/-. My bank Account got debited but the Testbook website showed transaction status pending. I decided to wait for one or two days. But I got a call from one of the testbook customer support executives.

I had purchased a course from testbook, while I talked to the counselor he said there will be live answer writing sessions, but there are just test, the answer is not easy to upload it takes a lot of time
no answer writting classes only test and test, but what is the use of those test seriously without answer writing classes

Made me sick and I had mental breakdown. I took this scam so serious that currently I am on anxiety relieving pills and medical rest period. My ultimate goal was to study and crack the exam, but this liar thief and your platform has constantly mistreated me and behaved unethically.
I pity this man Mr Bawne that how the cheated a poor student like me just to gain some extra leads commission, without thinking of any morals and ethics. He is so selfish that he's not answering any message or call of mine after trying for whole month

I am heartily requesting testbook, I haven't use my course 1 as I was not preparing for that exam, please refund me atleast 70% of amount of that course fees.
I purchased second course ONLY and ONLY because your employee Mr Akshay Bawne told me to do so, I purchased it ONLY because he said he will refund the amount through app, he said people have claimed refund previously. I would'nt buy it if I was aware that he saying this without any information and just being buisness minded. I would'nt have bought it if I know the policy. As this man works for testbook, and promised me of refund of my course through testbook, it is their responsibility to refund their client.
And take required legal actions against Mr Akshay Bawne, without biasing him as you employee. He has literally cheated me, violated the Right To Information protocol for which is unjust, unethical and against law and also largely disturbed my mental health from last 5 months

I had sent the following email to Testbook, but even they haven't replied to it yet. They assure to reply within 48 hours, it's been more than 4 days now.
Through this grievances email consumer forum has also understand the case.

Kindly look forward into the matter and provide justice.

I purchased 2 year pass from testbook as they offered pyqs and all access to mock test but now they ask to upgrade the pass to unlock pyqs which is ethically wrong. Please sir/mam solve this resolve as the exams are coming. Please help

I have bought testbook pass for two years. At the time of purchasing this, it was told that there will be complete access to all the tests including previous year papers. But now testbook is asking for a new testbook pro pas for accessing the previous year questions. It is very unfair to the students who have taken testbook pas after verifying all the details about the tests and the access they will get . At least testbook should provide all the customers who have pass already as pro pass.

अब previous year test को लॉक कर दिया है और उसके लिए Pro Upgrade करने को कहा जा रहा है।
हम student मेहनत से पैसे इकट्ठे करके टेस्ट खरीदते है और ये लोग इसको bussiness बना रखे हैं।

I had purchased 3 yrs/lifetime membership pass from Testbook company costing rupees 599 on 03-Sep-2022 for my exam preparation in which they provided mocks as well previous years papers with solutions, but now, as on 4th April 2023, company launched a new so called pass "PRO PASS" for additional cost disregarding the initial offers as well terms and conditions . Now for accessing my purchased pass material, I have to purchase this Pro pass too during the peak time of my preparation, there by effecting my lifetime preparation as well as my mental heath.
Either the company refund my paid fees or revert to initail terms and conditions.

I had purchased 2yrs of pass of this Testbook company costing rupees 224 on 31st march-2023.(Regarding for my exam preparation.) but after 3 day later on 4th April 2023 company launched a new so called pass "PRO PASS" for additional cost. Now for accessing my purchased pass material i have to purchase this Pro pass too. Its a fraud done by the company. I am a student preparing for my exam and on the peak time of my preparation company doing all these stuff.
Either the company refund my paid fees or remove this PRO PASS.
Test book is a fraud company and cheating the students.

I have purchased MPPSC online course 3 days back. Before purchasing the course they told me that bilingual lectures and proper notes will be available still before purchasing I confirmed with them twice. But after purchasing no such thing was there in the course. I immediately contacted them and told them my concern. They started ignoring me, after sending emails and calling their support team continuously, yesterday they picked the call, but she talked in a very improper and rude way and just shut me by saying it is what it is nothing will be done now. I requested them again and again for the refund but they keep on ignoring me and then finally said no refund will be given. Before purchasing the course they were calling and asking continuously everyday to buy the course and lied about the content, once the fees is paid no response not even talking in an appropriate manner. Please help me to get my refund amount.

I have purchased KVS online course where it was promised that online classes will be provided but nothing happened. I asked for refund but no action taken.

I received a testbook pass code from phonepay app but while applying I'm getting error.

I have joined for an online course having particular syllabus and curriculum to be completed on particular date but exam date was preponed this guys didn't complete the syllabus and now said they will refund or make us join in similar course, but now they ask extra amount to join in similar course and they are not refunding any money only 40% of syllabus has been completed.

I have purchased gate me 2018 pack from testbook.com and already gave several tests in it. But today, as I opened the website and tried to enter the test there is a message shown as "Invalid student". What does that mean!!!
I have no time to deal with this kind of errors as it badly affects my study plan. I am unable to give test now. Please make it right as soon as possible.
