Testbook — Not giving access to attempt mocks, tests even after purchasing the Pass

Sir, I had bought a "Testbook" Pass with 18 months validity and started preparing for my competitive exams, preparations were going well but Now after 2 months of purchase, the application is not providing access to attempt mocks and papers. At the time of purchase it was told to me that all the tests, practice, mocks and previous year papers are accessible for pass holders but now even after having pass I am not able to attend any test and it is saying that you have to buy a pro pass to access the above mentioned testimonials. Sir my exams are at hand and in the mid way "testbook Application" is cheating with us. Under these difficult circumstances how will I prepare for the exams. This problem is arose on 3rd April 2023 with me. Many other students and aspirants are facing this issue and many are not aware where to complain about this issue so on behalf of mine as well as other students I am requesting you to please solve the issue as early as possible otherwise please help to get our refunds as soon as possible so that we can continue the preparation.
