1. I tried purchasing the one year pass for Rs.299/-. My bank Account got debited but the Testbook website showed transaction status pending. I decided to wait for one or two days. But I got a call from one of the testbook customer support executives.
2. She told me that the offer would expire soon and not to wait for the transaction to get reconciled. So I again purchased a one year pass and contacted you for a refund of my first transaction.
3. Today(14.01.2021) As soon as I got my refund, My one year pass which I purchased on 10.01.2021 shows expired now.
Hence, I request you to activate my pass or please refund me the sum of Rs.299/-. So that I can purchase the pass again.
