We purchased 2 Texmo Pump Sets for domestic use from the company Texmo Hit Industries, through the Website www.texmosubmersiblepumpchennai.com & www.texmojetpumpchennai.com . Mr. Martin who owns and runs this company seems to be conducting some sort of a dubious business using the internet to fool innocent clients. We have been taken for a ride by this company because when the products were received no proper bill has been given, no warranty card has been provided. The Tin and the CST Number provided on the Bill is incorrect. One of the Pumps was damaged in Transit and we had to approach the CAG in Chennai to intervene. The company sent a letter drafted by one of their company Lawyers Mr. Sundaralingam in Tamil, which again seems to be dubious. We filed a complaint with the Crime Branch of Chennai Police at the K1 Police Station, Sembium, Chennai. The Lawyer promised to send one of the company representatives to meet the Sub Inspector in person. We waited for over a week but no one has turned up yet. When the SI tried to reach Mr. Sundaralingam he is not attending the Call. Mr. Martin and his team are also avoiding our calls and mails. Mr. Martin can be reached on his mobile : [protected]. Other contact numbers can be found on their website. These guys give only fake contact addresses, products & bills are duplicate. Their whole operation seems to be illegal and criminal in nature. Need your help in curbing such a menace.
