We purchased 2 Texmo Pump Sets for domestic use from the company Texmo Hit Industries, through the Website www.texmosubmersiblepumpchennai.com . Mr. Martin who owns and runs this company seems to be conducting some sort of a dubious business using the internet to fool innocent clients. We have been taken for a ride by this company because when the products were received no proper bill, correct contact address, no warranty card has been provided and they are not willing to take any responsibility. We have filed a Police complaint, these guys have been avoiding the calls of the Sub Inspector from K1 Police Station, Sembium, Chennai 600011. Pls help
