Textron It Services — fake data entry/

Recently they sent me a legal notice to pay 5000/-. But when i was working the website didn't work for few days and i have tried to contact them but no one responded but now they are calling me daily to pay 5000 rs and they sent me a legal notice. I am a student and i don't have enough money to pay i don't know what to do now. I got admission in an australian university, will this legal notice affect my visa. Someone please help me from this issue
