Tez — refund not initiated | |
I have made 2 failed upi transactions on 30/04/2018 to redbus via tez and the refund is still not initiated. I have already made several complaints with both of companies, none resolved my issue. The money has been debited and no one is working to resolve my concern. It's more than 25 days that i'm raising compalints. Please guide me through so that i have my complaint solved.
