Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — ac-65 thane to borivali bus not stopping at designated bus stops

The thane to borivali ac-65 bus drivers do not stop the buses at bus stops. I have faced this problem many a times at rmall bus stop in thane, mainly around 10am. I wait at the bus stop and even wave my hand to stop the bus, but still the bus driver doesn't stop the bus even when the bus is not crowded. Please look into this issue as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.
