Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Bus did not stop at the designated stop.

I am writing this to complain about bus no. 59 which travels from Tulsidham to Thane station. Today, on 21/09/2025, at 9:40 am I was waiting at the stop for the bus, the bus arrived and even when I waved for them the stop the bus driver passed in front of me. I kept shouting and running behind he still did not stop.
Answer me what arrogance is this? As citizens do we really deserve this? If a citizen does not pay the bus fare he is fined but what about when the driver or the conductor misconducts ? With heavy luggage I was waiting for this bus as it was convenient for me to take this bus, after this incident I had to walk till the next stop.
Give me an answer why are their no repercussions for bus drivers who do such things?
As a citizen we do not deserve this, I was on time waiting for the bus only for it to treat me like some dustbin trash?
We pay taxes to our government, we deserve these facilities, we are not under the power of bus drivers, it is his duty to stop the bus at every bus stop. I kindly request you, all this has deeply hurt me I need improvement for such cases and the bus driver should realize he has made a mistake. I need an answer why he did this? There was even another lady with me shouting him to stop the bus, the bus driver gave no heed.
