Reqesting you to please Increase Bus Frequency of 89 Number bus from Narpoli to Chendni Koliwada and vice versa during morning and evening peak hours.

During morning time we have only 6.20am, 6.45 am, 7.10am, and 7.50am Bus from Narpoli.
As due to rainy season and over crowding of buses, it is too congested and tidious to travel in these buses.
The bus of these timings gets over crowded from its 1st or 2nd stop...

Respected TMT Service Team,

We are regular passengers from the Mahape bus stop and would like to kindly request a small change in the schedule of Bus No. 82, which travels from Mahape to Diva

Currently, the bus departs at 6:05 PM. We request that the departure time be shifted to 6:15 PM instead. This change would greatly benefit many commuters who rely on this service after office hours.

Respected Sir,

As it happens, this year too Thane Ghodbunder road is full of potholes, making life riskier for vehicle owners, specially 2 wheeler as during rains/night time its difficult to gauge potholes on the road while driving.

strech from gaimukh till top of hill, was worked by your team about 2 months back but now again is back to original with multiple potholes.

Why cant we make it concrete...

Please increase the frequency of bus 98 going to Kolshe and from there back to Thane station. After 6 pm, the buses are very late, so it gets very crowded. It is difficult to travel on TMT. There are working women, some of whom are pregnant and sometimes travel with small children. I travel in TMT bus 126 which starts from Thane Hiranandani to BKC. I take this bus everyday to reach my office in Vikhroli. I have observed that the cleanliness of the busses is a concern. The inside has dirt and mud and litter. In the morning 8.10am, 7:50am and 7:20am if the bus is not clean then clearly there is a lapse in cleaning department. I want to complaint about a bus driver who stop a bus 100 meter away to board a bus.
I was board a bus on 26 jun 2025 at 4.25 am on Thursday morning from MIDC bus stop thane bus which is run under a TMT. Bus route was vrundavan society.
The bus driver was so ridiculous that he stopped bus 100 meter away from bus stop and didn't want to board passenger.
Please take charge on my complaint as soon as possible....

I stay at madhav palacia hiranandani estate and there is no bus transport to reach main road. all buses takes left turn from manhattan .how do i travel if i want to go to kasarvadavali?? rikshawala will watch mobile but will not take passenger? cant effort also to take auto everyday?

While we were getting in the bus from Borivali railway station at 5.15 PM, THE Bus door closed resulting scratches on my hand and my Bag get trapped. However I get freed and my bag was still trapped in between the doors. When complained to the driver he simply said let it be there.

Bus no C61 running between Mira Road and Mukund station has a stop at Majiwada where the charges for Kashish Park are 10 Rs.
However, an extremely rude conductor always charges excess of Rs. 2 from everyone. Despite the fact that Kashish Park stop falls before Mulund Check Naka toll, she charges extra Rs. 2 saying this 2 Rs. Is for toll.
She is extremely rude towards all passengers.
Please look into the matter...
