Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Bus is intentionally running slow

Dear TMT team,

I am in Bus from bhiwandi to mulund(88) bus number MH 04 HY 7024 Driver badge number 23561 and conductor badge number is 97593. My complaint drive bus slow even on sunday and empty road he is running slow other buses taking over when i told them conductor told me give in written that if something happen with passengers you're responsible what's that mean if he's not compatible then why should I give him in written. And conductor is not rudely talking with everyone even with ladies.
Please take the appropriate action.
