Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Complaining about the buses getting delayed

I'm a college student with TMT buses as my sole source of transport to reach thane station. For a long time now the buses are getting delayed resulting in overcrowding of buses. This has been a major inconvenience for me as I'm subsequently getting late for my lectures. In addition to this, the buses are not on time even while returning from thane station.
This puts a question on credibility of TMT and it's management. The problem has to be resolved as soon as possible. I hope unlike TMT's management, TMT's customer care unit is efficient and will look into this matter at the earliest.
