Me and my friend travelling in chendani koliwada bus from anandnagar to cidco.
During journey I asked bus driver to give 2 tickets to cidco and give 100 rs. He was not having the change at that time so we told her to give changes when available otherwise given in written we will collect the changes from bus depot. But he is talking too rudely with use...He pushes me away while I was getting down from bus. And telling me to shut up. I asked his name serveral times but he was only talking some random things and telling me to shut up. TMT bus conductors and drivers are behaving rudely. And even after asking the cidco bus depot employees about his name they also told you have ticket and bus number, you have to find that it's not our responsibility.
TMT bus conductors and drivers are talking rudely and it is increasing day by day.
The strict action is needed from your side.
I won't answer apology from the conductor who misbehaves with me

I boarded a bus from Kapurwadi station and I had a health issue so I went and slept on the back seat of the bus and the bus conductor who gives tickets in the bus did not come to give me the ticket and I slept from Kapurwadi station and When I got up at the Dahisar check post, I saw that the ticket collector Deepak Jadhav and his senior officer were checking tickets and asked me to show my ticket. I told him sir I was sitting to get a ticket but I have a health issue. When I fell asleep, the bus conductor did not come near my seat or anything. He was sitting on the seat and shouting and I was asleep and did not hear anything.So Deepak Jadhav and his senior told me to pay a fine of 345 rupees. I said, Sir, I have this problem, you can take the ticket money from me, but they did not listen to me. So I gave them the money, but they charged me on their personal Google Pay. But is it right to take money from me? The corporation does not have its own account number. But this is very wrong. Bad service

I am at nashik fata kalyan bypass here some day 6 pm time 86 no bus is not proper stop and aslo it driver and conductor miss behaviour with passenger also today 11 Nov 6 pm bus is not stop in nashik fata Bus stop

Since 2 weeks in morning and evening time
Driver not stopping bus at shibli nagar(near Dosti planet north), Mumbra
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible
If not solve ASAP i will highlight this in court with legal notice and with proof also(Video)

While traveling from Thane railway station to road no. 16 starting around 8:10 am to 8:30 am on the date of 26/10/2024 by AC bus the conductor didn't ask my son for the ticket but when he asked him for the same he verbally badly abused him. For confirmation of the bus number and the conductor I have attached the photo of the ticket.
You are requested to take the appropriate action against him.

I am travelling in your bus from Mulund to Mira road bus conductor in the begging dint allow me to sit on the front seat. After that they both had quarral with one senior person who wanted to catch the bus between mulund and. Thane. At signa also your bus driver dashed a cyclist and had used filthy language. Thay say that thay are gov employees no one is superior to them kindly take action against both Conductor and driver of bus no.MH04LQ8276 TRIP TIME 4 P.M. Dear madam/sir,
with due respect i hereby submit my complàin àgainst conductor of bus which started from thane east at 6.15pm on 18.10.2024. I have catched bus from thane station east for fire brigade nallasopara.
In sativali and range office bus became fully packed. People can't move. I was sitting with my bag at back side. I asked with conductor that how i can come front gate then he didn't given any reply.
When fire brigade came he told driver that the bus will directly stop at nallasopara.
When i requested driver and ring bell to stop bus then bus stopped but conductor told that back gate wqwill not open. I told that in this rush how i may come with my luggage then he told to. Ccxoome till last stop.. Wen whoee public shouted on. Him then driver openned back gate.
Noot. Only with me but he hade misbahaved with a lady who ride on range office. When lady told that you should not. Misbehave with a lady then he told publickly that bus me kyu chadhte ho, rickshaw me chadho, yaha aisa hi hoga.
Ak dusre aadmi se bahas jar conductor ne kaha ki tum vasai. Nallasopara wale log isi ke layak ho.
Therefore, i hereby request you to kindly tàke legal action against the bus conductor si that the same will not repeat with other person.

It has been recently observed that the bus management at the thane station bridge is getting bad day by day. I travel daily by tmt and buses nevers comes on time. They just fill one bus line and leave other empty for a while. Especially the Upvan and Pawar nagar buses are extremely late. Whenever asked in the office they answer in a vague and sometime rude way. Some buses are just left empty near the office and they don't divert it at all at the bus stop.

Also, bus never leaves on time from Neelakanth stop. We never get timetable as well. They just say bus is every 15 minutes. The Neelakantha stop is prohibited to the passengers (Don't know why?). They kept around 10-12 dogs there which literally attacks if someone enters.

Sorry to say, but instead for making tickets free and half (which is the best think and I'm not against it) Govt should focus on complaint resolution and efficiently management.

Everyday it's being a problem for us to travel in 62 number bus in the morning it's becoming worse nowadays we are not getting any bus between 10.30am to 11.30am today 16/10/2024 almost 4 buses are in depot but none of the bus came down take action regarding this otherwise will have to take serious action by higher official

112 bus timing is 6.20 am. I had been late by 15 minutes since the last 4 working days. And today 2 buses came and halted in the last stop (Lodha Paradise) and didn't come. One of the bus came at 6.55 am instead of 6.20. we all are missing our trains and late to office for 3 days.

I am traveling from parshik nagar to Thane station. The board on the bus was different so while entering I asked the conductor if the bus is going to Thane station. He replied rudely that if I am uneducated and can't read on the board.

Please look into the matter

For Anand nagar bus depot the conductor mention the bus destination as Anandnagar, After all the passengers have boarded they mention the destination as Brahmand.
They firstly dont stop at right stop and after passengers have boarded change the final destination.

Dear All,

I am daily travel in 141 bus at mahape to diva in timing 7 to 8 pm night. As today normal rush in the bus but conductor forgot to take ticket to me and two others, he said I taking tickets for shilphata public because shilphata is near by, he is forgot taking tickets to me and two others, that time in shilphata TC came in bus and ask for ticket me and two others passenger, i said he is forgot to taking tickets to we, but he get arguments also conductor refused his statement.
also other persons also told him you said that i collect tickets shilphata first, he argument those persons also.

please take this complaint against conductor because he forgot there statement.

such type of fraud are harmful to society.

i request to you make an audit that bus and check, he is also talked roughly to All passengers.

also tc not take any concern me and other passengers he taking conductor side.

if we wrong then other peoples don't get our side.

please take strict action against conductor and those two tc.

Also I attached that receipt given by TC kindly confirm this is valid or fake.

This fake work showing tmt name.

I humble request to Tmt and tmc please make an audit that bus and take necessary action against those fraud conductor and TC.

I was in the bus MH04-KF-0084 going from thane station west to bhoomi acres, hiranandani estate. I boarded the bus from majiwada till atria society. The driver didn't stop the bus at atria society though I was standing there since long before. When the bus stop passed and I asked him why he didn't stop, he started yelling at me. It is his duty to stop at every bus stop and if choosing not to then atleast look if someone is at the door or no. He said he assumed I'm there to get fresh air but didn't care to ask or stop. I want strict action to be taken against him so that passengers like me don't suffer. What is wrong is wrong and correct action must be taken.

The bus is not stopping at stop of सह्याद्री शाळा कळवा ठाणे प. The students were running behind bus, bang the bus side saying stop stop . Still the bus did not stop . This has happened more than 4 times. The students are facing a lot of trouble. Strict action should be taken. Bus no. 240

With regard to above subject matter please note that the frequency of buses from Mira Road East station to Thane court Naka is so less. Many passengers have to stand in queue for so long time wherein there is no shade made available to the passengers who frequently travel to Thane court Naka.

Many passengers including pregnant women, handicapped person and senior citizen are affected due to standing on the queue for several hours. Request you to increase frequency of AC buses from Mira Road station TMT bus stop to Thane court Naka so that it will be convenient and helpful for many passengers as many people travel daily from Mira road to Thane by AC buses.

It is therefore request you to kindly look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

Thane station stop No.3 madhe roj lok without queue chadun tyana basyla pan jaga milte and je queue madhe chadtat te ubhe rahun jatat. Conductor la complaint kela Tar te ignore kartat. Jar strict action nhi ghetali tar asch chalu rahil mag konich queue follow nhi karnar mag bus chi pan mumbai local hoyla vel nhi lagnar..
