Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Complaint about changing bus routes at drivers discretion

I travel from Hiranandani Estate to Thane Station around 7AM by bus no. 52 but I have observed that the driver skips stops like mine Forest Avenue Arcadia Circle and takes his bus from different route.
Please look into the matter there is just one bus in 40-60 mins already and then this irresponsible behaviour of TMT bus drivers which makes us suffer
