Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Complaint against TMT employee Mr. Chandrakant Patil for misconduct

I would like to bring to your attention a serious incident that occurred on **26/09/2025 at Kopari, Thane, Bus No. 111**.

On the said day, TMT employee **Mr. Chandrakant Patil** allowed his family members to board the bus in the middle of the route, disregarding the rules. However, when I attempted to board the bus, Mr. Patil forcefully pulled me out and did not allow me to travel. This behavior was completely unjust, insulting, and a violation of passengers’ rights.

Such conduct is highly inappropriate for a public service employee and cannot be tolerated. The incident has caused me mental distress and deprived me of my rightful service as a passenger.

I humbly request you to investigate this matter immediately and take strict action against Mr. **Chandrakant Patil**.
