Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Conductor behave very bad in bus

Dear Management,
We have daily travel in TMT bus from station, but we have noticed every day,
Thane station to Dhayneshwar Nagar, conductor behave very bad, he argue every day. Today 11 January 2014 8:15 AM, he argue me regarding phone not use in BUS, my phone was silent, and suddenly he start shouting, that time bus is half empty. I told please calm, but he told I am very senior person I know rules in my bus.

Please take action regarding this issue.
I have attached photo of my ticket that day.
