Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Door closing while getting in the bus

While we were getting in the bus from Borivali railway station at 5.15 PM, THE Bus door closed resulting scratches on my hand and my Bag get trapped. However I get freed and my bag was still trapped in between the doors. When complained to the driver he simply said let it be there.
