Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — follow-up complaint regarding late and overcrowded bus during peak hours

Dear TMT Team,

I am writing to follow up on the complaint I submitted yesterday regarding the consistent late arrival and overcrowding of the bus during peak working hours.

Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved. Today as well, the bus arrived 20 minutes late, causing significant inconvenience and making me late for work. Additionally, the bus continues to be extremely overcrowded, making the commute uncomfortable and unsafe.

As a regular commuter, I rely solely on TMT services to reach my workplace. The current situation is affecting not only my punctuality but also my daily routine and peace of mind.

I request your immediate attention to this matter. Please ensure buses run on time and with adequate frequency during rush hours to accommodate the daily volume of passengers. Your prompt response and action will be greatly appreciated.
