Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Late night last TMT bus took a different route

I am writing this complaint for TMT bus route number 60 (Borivali station East to Thane station West). On 10th September from night 11.30pm me and number of passengers were standing is line at Borivali station East to go towards Thane. The bus arrived very late at 12.30am on 11th September. Still all the passengers wanted to travel towards Thane side in this TMT bus as it was the last bus from Borivali to Thane. But the conductor refused to take the planned bus route (Ghodbunder road) instead wanted to opt for a different route of his choice (Powai route). Passengers wanted to get down on the way at their bus stops. But the conductor directly refused and informed that he will be taking Powai route because of heavy traffic on Ghodbunder road and told us that he won't take that route. All the passengers informed that they are waiting for this bus for more than an hour but he has already made up his mind. There were some female passengers waiting as well and were dependent on TMT bus to reach their homes at late night.

How is it allowed for the driver and conductor to change route as per their wish at any point of time?? That too for the last service of the day where so many passengers are dependent on this last service to reach their home.

P.S. I later travelled by the same route in ST bus from Sukurwadi towards Thane and the traffic was not so heavy as informed by the conductor.

Requesting and hoping that this complaint will be actioned and the TMT buses will always take their planned routes and don't change it as per their wish.
