My self and my wife travelled to thane from borivali. We boarded in ac bus 65 numbered as mh 04 ep 504 started from borivali station at 9:45 pm.
My hands were full of luggage and my wife is 8th month pregnant lady and getting down from auto which was park ahead of bus and bus driver continuously ponk horn and cheap fellows of this bus driver and conductor asked me to catch another bus.
I have argued them 30 sec is getting delayed for both of you and wife boarded in the bus.
Driver started bus in very rash and my wife was not catch the seat because front seats are full and we are about to locate the seating, driver does not have basic sense at least for pregnant lady passenger. We really feel very bad about this behaviour of driver.
Through out all the journey bus driver was in a hurry mode and not following the trafic signals. It seems like he was in so hurry to end up his shift.
With this approach of govt servants, public will lose the confidence safe travel in buses as well..
I know there will not be any action taken for this because you are working under govt sector and taking salary and not for owning the accountability and responsibility. If you are not considering this as a request, there is no point of running this complaint boxes in portal.
Finally, worst tmc service and pathetic behaviour of few drivers and conductors.. Was this information helpful? |
