Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Non communication of conductor

I had boarded bus no 6 wagle agar around 9:40 pm on 10th of march 2024, from thane west railway station. I paid 10rs and asked for M.I.DC. bus stop ticket. The conductor gave the ticket for kamgar hospital. I assumed that it might be the next stop. The bus nowhere came near the MIDC bus stop and I had to get down at the last stop. I really don't get why the conductors can't inform us that it won't stop at a certain bus stop. They only know to take the money??? Please have some training for these types of conductors or proper redressal for such complaints.
