Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Poor bus conductor service

My name is bharti chindaliya Every day I took bus number 48 from Panchganga to the cidco 7:55 am on[protected] but today sir due to rush I am not take the ticket from back side where conductor is there, every day I take the ticket and sit down on the ladies seat but today I was waiting for the conductor to come to the front side to cut the ticket but he kept on giving the bus ticket at back side of bus at same place. I also used the voice but the conductor did not listen. Due to the negliance of bus conductor I had pay the fine 205 Rs & fine reciept I have attached below
