Thane Municipal Transport [TMT] — Unethical behaviour of of Bus Conductor - Using abused language | |||
Today 03.09.2020, I took bus from Khopat (Thane) to Sudama Regency (Diva)- bus no MH04-G-8173 @ around 7.00 PM. The behaviour of bus Conductor was very poor, he behaved like illiterate person and throughout the journey he used abuse language with people (now and then used to say "Mardarchod" "Sala log" and "Behchod"). There is no bus top in between from Shil Phata to Diva Station (distance is 5 K.M.), When I reached to my destination "Sudama (Diva)" I asked Conductor to stop the bus but he again used abuse language and said "kya re sala idhar bus stop banaya hai tu ne, I replied there is no bus stop from Shil Phata, then he again used abuse language and said "bus nahi rukaunga" I urged twice with him to stop but he denied then the driver suddenly stopped the bus and conductor pushed me from bus, thank god I did not fell from bus. We are every day facing such kind incident in buses, please take necessary action specially with bus conductor of bus no MH04-G-8173. Enclosing Ticket for reference purpose.
