The Best Watches — product is damaged

Dear Sir/Mam,
i purchased a smart watch from the website :Thebestwatches.in on 5th Aug 2019 and on 7th Aug 2019 i received the order
The payment was Cash On Delivery
i put the watch on Charging for an hour, and Then i tried the on the watch, but it didn't.
when i checked the battery of the watch, i found that the battery is buldged.
so i tried to contact the customer care Number given in the website i.e.,

but my call was not connected to the executive, even i tried it n number of times.
i emailed my complaint to the email id provided on the website three times [protected]@thebestwatches.in
but no reply camefrom the company.
i need my money(2099) back
