The payment was Cash On Delivery
i put the watch on Charging for an hour, and Then i tried the on the watch, but it didn't.
when i checked the battery of the watch, i found that the battery is buldged.
so i tried to contact the customer care Number given in the website i.e.,...

I ordered a watch from thebestwatches.in on 7 august 2019 after ordering the watch i received a conformation email after approx 1 hr later i have read about that company on consumercomplaints that they are cheating ppl by sending them fraud product and many more.
So immediately i browse their site to cancel my order but it didn't. So i have mailed them to cancel my order on the same day, but they didn't reply. Now on 8 august i received...

24.07.2019 at 7pm i have received the product in a bad condition or packaging is without tampered, damaged/ screeching on watch and watch screen protector is not available. I have ordered wx2-4g android smart watch, waterproof with hd camera connectivity (7 days refund window + 6 month warranty) from thebestwatches.in website. But they have delivered a different watch which is lot different and looks like any local smart watch.. Doesn't qualify for 2000 rs.. Moreover they are not responding to mails, phone calls anything..
