I used “drops of light serum” and “drops of light moisturiser” for approx 6 months. Initially it worked well and then i got a white patch on my face and redness overall my face. After a lot of r&d on what would have caused it, i realised it was the serum and the moisturiser. I raised my first complaint on 21st december 2017 mentioning the same and sending my pictures with red face and product i purchased and used. The products says it is best before april 2019. I got a revert that picture is not clear, so to apply it again or do a patch test on hand and send it. Patch test on the hand dint work and i was not willing to apply it on my face. Even today, i have this product which when applied will cause redness in 4-5 hours and the face will get swollen. Body shop wouldn't want to take ownership of this, however this is completely ignoring the fact that allergy has been caused by their product and it is their priority to understand and take care of it. Ban body shop products in india!
P. S. I have a complete trail mail from 21st december till 12th june, where they denied checking the product to even not replacing it.

I ordered 400 ml of the body shop skin clearing facial wash but the quantity delivered me is 250 ml and I pay for 400 ml .
