Despite receiving the confirmation email, there has been no update on the shipping status of my order for over two weeks. I tried to follow up via the provided order link but did not receive any tracking information or response.
Given the delay and lack of communication, I kindly request that you process a full refund of ₹3, 029.00 to the original payment method at the earliest.
